Let me start by saying, wow. This last 7 months have been crazy. I have learned so much about myself and the future of the Scargen series. I have also learned that I have some great, cool, smart readers out there. You guys have made me smile, laugh, and just feel so proud. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't do what you want . . . no matter how insane it may sound. I'm living proof that anything is possible, and that being creative and different isn't always the easy way to go, but I wouldn't change anything that has happened to me. I have been surrounded by such great friends and family. They have all contributed to the success of this series, and we've just started this thing. I am well into the next book and I have to tell you that I love it more than the first. The Dragon Within should be a good time, and after the holidays, I'm going to jump right back into it. I'll be writing a new blog soon with more content and some blurbs from the new book, but I just wanted to take the time and say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. You guys rock.
Watching: The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. I loved this movie as much as I hated Superman. I am a huge Tolkien fan, and this does stray a bit from the original subject matter, but it kicks ass. It works well, and if you can, see it in 3D. BTW, also got the Lord of the Rings extended edition bluerays for Christmas. Can't wait to watch the extras.
Reading: The owner's manual to my Go Pro (Thank You , Honey). This should occupy my time for a while, but this also means that we will be showing more video from shows and what not.
Playing: I'm still addicted to Tapped Out. They have done a great job with the holiday stuff.
P.S. I miss my little buddy Stella, even more so during the holiday season. She is missed, but Nella has been amazing, and I think she likes Christmas as much as Stella did. I hope you're chilling in the Spirit Realm, Stella.
